Automatic customs seal.

The article is registered and patented in the Republic of Bulgaria under ® No 5006/04.02.2004
The body of the seal is made of aluminum, the locking part - of fibre-glass reinforced polyamide and heat-treated steel. The cord is from deep anticorrosion coating multi-fiber steel type 6+1 with diameter 2.4 mm. The length could be at client’s request. All above mentioned materials are resistant to petrol derivates and do not change their technical parameters within temperature range of -50°C to +50°C.
The marking is made by laser engraver and includes six digits identification number, client’s logo at request and other information, if required.
Standard colour: black. Special customer’s requirements can be met in case of order for over 50 000 seals.
Tensile strength – 2100N.
Destroying is the only way for dismantlement of the seal.
Packing: per 50 pieces with consequent numbers in polyethylene bags.
Net weight of 1000 pieces – 20.0 kg.
